SAR Tomography (tomografic SAR)

Synthetic Aperture Radar Tomography is an extension of the conventional SAR image to 3D, in which multiple images (SAR images) are combined (tomography) from slightly different angles to obtain a 3D image. For example, this technique can be used to create three-dimensional models of the landscape from SAR images.
SAR Tomography is a subfield of multi-baseline interferometry.

Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is a type of radar mounted on an airborne platform that aims to increase the resolution of the images by flying over the target area. The signals acquired by SAR are two-dimensional, but it is possible to create three-dimensional models using signal processing methods.

Tomography is a method for creating three-dimensional models from multiple two-dimensional signals.
